Sue was always punctual and very knowledgeable, both before and after the transaction. When Sue listed my house the real estate “boom” was beginning it’s downward spiral. This was a scary time for me since it was the first house I had ever sold and the market was volatile. To make things a little more complicated, the plan was for my fiancé and I to sell each of our houses from previous marriage and combine our families into a new home. This was quite a challenge for us but Sue understood our needs, embraced the task and delivered exceptional results.
With her expert advice we listed my house priced to sell. A few months went by we had a solid offer. Sue’s knowledge in the process, without a doubt, helped me through the stressful demands of a buyer’s market. We had our eye on a brand new “dream home” that we thought would not be attainable. Sue evaluated our situation and guided our way to securing the deal with the builder of our new dream home while wrapping up the other two home sales for us.
From the house inspections all way to finding an attorney to finalize three deals, Sue’s advice and reputation was unprecedented. Everyone we dealt with knew that working with Sue was seamless. Not only did our attorney say that dealing with Sue Gerardo was always a pleasure, our mortgage broker and the builder were very impressed with her professionalism. Sue’s caring nature, hard work and dedication were over the top. We can’t thank her enough for all that she’s done to assist us in our real estate needs. We absolutely could not have done it without her!

This is by far not the first time I worked with a Real Estate agent, and I saw the good, the bad and the ugly. Sue is clearly on the top of my list for the good. She explained in detail what her marketing plan was for my home was rather than dropping a pre-made brochure into my lap. Getting a professional photographer to take pictures of my house and having them printed on glossy paper provided the representation and marketing the house deserved, and was an essential means to quickly bringing many potential buyers to my property. Sue helped me tremendously to prepare for the actual closing event by bringing items that I needed to address to my attention, and by taking care of those that she could herself (like making herself available at 6am to let a handyman into the house). Overall, I felt that Sue was always working to my goals, that she was keeping my interests in mind, and I wasn't "just another client". This is an experience that I didn't get from so many other agents that I have used in the past, for that I highly recommend Sue.
